Invest in Canada is looking for one intern for the winter term to be part of our Partnerships team. This position will work in collaboration with the broader Invest in Canada team and will report to the Director, Partnership Strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities for this role may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Support Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) partner data, tracking, analysis, and reporting from across Invest in Canada business units
  • Support the coordination, input and publishing of partner CRM dashboards and campaigns  
  • Prepare partner-related briefing materials, reports and presentations
  • Assist in coordinating partner meetings
  • Offer concierge experience when supporting partner onboarding
  • Participate in the development and expansion of partner product offerings and platforms
  • Support Invest in Canada partner lead referral program
  • Coordinate among Invest in Canada business units to enhance external partner collaboration
  • Respond to partner requests and inquiries

Requirements:

  • Third or Fourth-year student completing a Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
  • Fluency in both official languages is essential
  • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellence in communication, organization and managing relationships
  • Salesforce and SharePoint experience is an asset

Winter hours: 15 – 22 hours/week (to be agreed upon by student and employer)
